Mijn naam is Jonas Geutjens.
Ik ben als fotograaf begonnen in april 2017.
Ik begon destijds als natuur/wildlife fotograaf. Maar doorheen de jaren begon ik me ook te verdiepen in de andere stijlen binnen fotografie.
Ik ben sinds 2021 heel intensief bezig met portretfotografie. Hier ligt echt mijn focus op maar voor mij gaat dit verder dan profielfoto’s maken. Hier valt onder: portretten van artiesten, sporters, samenwerken met bedrijven (foto’s maken op bv congressen), geboorte fotografie,…
Natuur-en wildlifefotografie blijven voor mij heel belangrijk als plek waar ik tot rust kan komen.
Mijn doel is om mensen te raken met mijn foto’s. Ik wil de mensen een beeld laten zien met de focus op eerlijkheid, kwetsbaarheid, gevoelens. Kortom ik wil een verhaal vertellen met mijn foto’s.

My name is Jonas Geutjens.
I started as a photographer in April 2017.
I started as a nature/wildlife photographer. But over the years I also started to expore other styles of photography.
Since 2021 I have been busy with portrait photography . This is really my focus, but for me it goes beyond taking profile photos. This includes: portraits of artists, athletes, collaborating with companies (taking photos at conferences, for example), newborn photography,...
Nature and wildlife photography remain very important to me as a place where I can relax.
My goal is to touch people with my photos. I want to show people an image with focus on honesty, vulnerability, feelings. In short, I want to tell a story with my photos.
